Click and collect ( next day collection service)
1. All orders placed before 12am will be processed for next day collection.
2. If you wish to collect your items any other day please let us by leaving the massage in a note box.
3. Please be aware that we are dealing with fresh/ live products. You’re order will be waiting for you no longer than 48 hours.
If the items won’t be collected in 48h there will be no replacement and no refund offered.
4. All orders will be ready to collect on next day after 12pm.
5. Please check your items before you collect them otherwise we won’t be able to make any replacements and refunds.
6. There is no collection service on Sunday.
Delivery
1. There is a £5 delivery charge on all orders choose for home delivery.
2. Delivery takes up to 3 working days .

Returns and refunds
1. All replacements and refunds will take from 3 to 5 working days.
2. Once you received your order check your items and let us know immediately about any missing or faulty items . You can contact us by email.
3. Response can take up to 3 working days.
4. All missing or faulty items can be replaced or refund through PayPal( we are not responsible for any fees you may be charge by PayPal).
5. Refunds will take up to 5 Working days.
