I am very disappointed. Especially because they failed me for the second time. I placed my order on Monday for £140.... Delivery was supposed to be in 2-3 days. On Thursday I sent them question about my delivery-they didn't bother to reply, so on Friday I commented on their FB posts and asked when I could expect my delivery- NO REPLAY. Few hours later I received email they refunded my order. Not even one word of explanation!!! I could've ordered somewhere else but I always try to buy local. Never again there. Totally unprofessional and no respect for customers!read more

Oakridge has been amazing, normally we only buy our Christmas tree from here.Not only have they been able to help us... during the lockdown - the plants have been healthy and amazing value for money! We have ordered plants by phone and via their website. They helped me order my grandads plants as well which for him to get his plants in his garden at this time is a massive thing for him mentally and physically.Thanks you Oakridge - placing our 4th order now! 😜read more

Plants are lovely... and very healthy! our compost was the wrong size but there wasn't any problems redelived within couple hours very impressed and very friendly man considering how busy they are, we were very grateful. Fantastic, spent an hour just looking at all the wonderful oriental statues and wooden carvings as well as the lovely... waterfall and koi carp.There is something of interest for all ages as well as beautiful pots and great variety of bedding and perennial plants. Bought some trailing begonia plants last year that bloomed continually for five months. Can't recommend a visit strong enough.read more
